Ratings: Orange is the New Black

I don't think I wrote up my thoughts on Orange and did my ratings, so here goes:

I loved it.  I thought it was a page turner, even though nothing really happened, or at least nothing as bad as I was expecting, and nothing as bad or cliff hanger as the TV show (which I watched with Betty when she came to visit).

She was painfully Polyanna about her boyfriend and family.  Bland "they are wonderful" writing doesn't make for good reading.

Again, Piper was a likeable character. Humble like Father Greg.  Very much saying, I get that we are know different.  Unlike Father Greg she didn't have the spiritual dimension which I really miss.

If I had to rate them all today it would be a toss up bc although Father Greg hits the ball out of the part on impact, I didn't give him consistently high scores, for instance skill was low.  I think Bastard was the best on all three scales.
